The Arai Quantum-X Wave: a full-face street helmet in Arai’s round-oval shape, for riders whose heads run slightly wider rather than longer, with a Pinlock-120 lens included.
Arai builds each helmet in a different head shape. The Quantum-X is the round-oval option, so it suits riders with a slightly wider head. Arai says a helmet has to be tried on to find the right fit.

What does round oval mean?
The inside of the helmet is rounder, with thicker pads front and rear and thinner pads at the sides. It suits slightly wider heads.
Is a Pinlock lens included?
Yes. A ready-to-install Pinlock-120 lens comes with the Quantum-X.
Is the Wave the same helmet as other Quantum-X versions?
Yes. The look is different; the construction is the same.
