Nope. Walk-ins are welcome during normal showroom hours Mon-Fri: 9-6pm, Sat. 9-3pm.
Yes. As long as it meets the category and condition guidelines above, where you originally bought it doesn't matter.
Trade-In discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Not currently. Gear Trade is an in-showroom program at our Richmond location so our staff can properly inspect your gear and get you fitted for what's next.
