Shipping policy

Shipping terms and conditions

  • Shipments are restricted to the state of Virginia, and require a physical residential address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • All shipping times are based on business days and are defined as Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included.
  • All shipment delivery estimates are based on the ship date and not the order date; for example, if an item is purchased Monday night, the order will be processed and typically shipped out on Tuesday. Furthermore, orders processed after 1:00 P.M. EST on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Free shipping terms and conditions

  • Orders on riding gear and tires over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the state of Virginia.
  • We have warehouses all over the country and we are dedicated to making sure you get your product as soon as possible. However, in some situations orders will need to be shipped across the country requiring 5+ business days.
  • Simply select fast free shipping during checkout on qualifying orders for eligibility.
  • We typically ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, but we may use alternative shipping companies as needed. 

Standard Shipping

  • All orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a $15 flat rate within the state of Virginia.
  • Typically, processed orders will take 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Though we have warehouses throughout the US, in some situations orders will need to ship across the country requiring 5+ business days.

LTL Freight

  • Orders to ship select electric bikes will be charged, at minimum, a $150 LTL Freight fee.
  • Orders to ship select electric go-karts will be charged, at minimum, a $399 LTL Freight fee.
  • Typically ships next business day and arrives in 7-10 business days from ship date. Currently, we offer LTL Freight shipping to the state of Virginia. 

    Damaged shipments

    If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Damages sustained during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist our customers with this claims process.

    Our Shipping Policy for Electrics

    Select electric models are available for shipping; however, locations may be limited and a freight charge may apply for oversized models. All models in stock are available for in-store pick-up.
